Led by founding Pastor Liam Sullivan, and his wife Karen, the couple utilizes practical, Biblical, teachings to reach out to people and help them connect to Jesus Christ.

Sunday Service Schedule

Adult Discipleship Class 9:30 - 10:30 am

Children's 'Little Blessings' Class 11:00 am

Praise & Worship Service 11:00 am

OPEN COMMUNION - All baptized Christians, including visitors, are welcome and invited to participate in the Lord's Supper.

Dress code for all services is 'respectfully' casual. Jeans and t-shirts are fine!

Nursery Services are available for all services.

BIG DREAMS FOR A SMALL CHURCH

I've always been a big fan of small churches. That's partly because I don't fully understand how megachurches "do" real church, and partly because I prefer the rawness, freedom and community that comes from a smaller worship gathering. Is it awkward at times? You bet. A little clumsy and unpolished? Sometimes. Yet those elements, to me, are exactly why small churches are such a treasure. - Continued

SOFT TEMPTATIONS

We know the devastation of hard addictions drugs, alcohol and sex. But what about seemingly harmless habits? Although benign on the surface, these soft temptations can be hellish underneath.

The television commercial for SoundTrack electronic stores opens with a couple of guys’ vegging on the couch, watching TV. A voiceover says that on average, Americans watch six hours of television every day.

2008 HOMECOMING CELEBRATION

On Sunday, October 19, 2008 the congregation of Mary Magdalene Christian Church, located just north of Birmingham, AL, in the growing city of Fultondale, AL celebrated their seventh year of faithful service to God. -- Continued

If so, the congregation of Mary Magdalene Christian Church extends an opportunity for YOU to do just that! On the first Sunday of each month Pastor Liam will relinquish his pulpit and allow Christian individuals to come and preach a trial sermon.

Our church has always maintained an "Open Door" policy... welcoming everyone to come and worship God. It only seems logical to take that invitation to the next level and grant aspiring ministers an opportunity to launch themselves into Christian ministry.

Mary Magdalene Church not only hopes to help "pulpit-less" pastors who are just beginning their life in Christian ministry, but also extends an invitation to "pastor-less" churches to come and listen to these men and women preach.
